The support group is open to Tulare County Resource Parents (Foster Parents). Parenting Network's Resource Parent Partner and Tulare County's Resource Family Ombudsman are available for peer and/or professional support. Respite is provided.
Parent Cafe is a Parent-to-Parent Support Group for those who have a loved one with special needs. Coffee, tea, water, and childcare provided!
