Ages 0-3 Years | Early Start

The Early Start Program supports families with special needs children aged 0-3. It provides comprehensive assistance, resources, and guidance for crucial early development. Ages Birth to End of Life | Community Navigator

The Community Navigator Program is a support system available to families with children and/or adult dependents with special needs, spanning from infancy to end of life. The program aims to assist families by providing guidance, resources, and connections within the community. It offers services tailored to the specific needs of individuals with special needs, including education, healthcare, therapy, social integration, and support networks. The Community Navigator Program is dedicated to empowering families and ensuring the well-being and inclusion of individuals with special needs throughout their entire lives.
