What a fantastic day it was at the highly anticipated Picnic at Inclusion Park! Over 500 children and adults from the community came together to enjoy a day filled with fun, laughter, and a strong sense of inclusivity. Inclusion Park, known for its accessibility to individuals of all abilities, provided the perfect setting for this heartwarming event.

Families were able to enjoy games, raffles, and delicious hot dogs!

Of course, what would an Easter-themed event be without an Easter Egg Hunt? Children of all ages, accompanied by their parents, scoured the park in search of colorful eggs filled with surprises. Laughter and cheer echoed through the park as kids excitedly discovered hidden treasures.

In addition to the festivities, community partner booths lined the park, offering a wealth of resources and information. These organizations, dedicated to promoting inclusivity, showcased their services and engaged with families, creating connections and fostering a sense of belonging.

We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Amy Shuklian – Tulare County Board of Supervisors for her invaluable support and for being a champion of inclusivity.

The Picnic at Inclusion Park will be remembered as a shining example of the transformative power of inclusion and the remarkable impact it can have on individuals and communities alike.
