Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistance (AA) position is responsible for providing support for families that are receiving case management. The AA will maintain a professional appearance as well as a welcoming and supportive attitude to all families who enter the FRC. They will also assist the Executive Director and FRC Program Manager in daily administrative tasks.
Administrative Assistant Duties Include:
· Data Entry
o 0-3 Contact Sheets and Referrals
o Protective Factors
o DR Pre and Post Surveys
o CPR Referrals
o First 5
· Attend Board Meetings
o Set up and clean area used for Board meetings
o Take Board Minutes/Type Board Minutes (send to program manager for correction)
· Reports
· Strong Phone Skills
· Intake walk-in and phone
· Clean
· Maintain monthly calendar
· Maintaining Files
Assisting Professionals/Clients with Resources
· Have extensive knowledge about FRC Programs
· Daily mail/errands to main post office
· Run Errands
· Assist all staff and clients
· Order and Maintain Supplies
· Typing
· Reminder Calls
· Other duties as assigned by the agency
Minimum Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish
2 years of experience required
Strong computer skills
Must have a vehicle
Valid CA Drivers License /Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check

Salary: $15.50 – $16.50 per hour
